Information we collect
When Google Sign-In is introduced, the platform may receive your Google account identifier, verified email status, email address, name and profile photo. We may also collect a country and optional company name that you choose to provide.
We do not plan to store your Google password or Google access tokens in the application database.
Platform activity and content
We store information needed to operate the testing exchange, including app submissions, testing rounds, participation status, credit records, feedback, optional feedback screenshots, account notifications, transactional emails and moderation reports. Private testing links may be stored for access by eligible participants but do not appear on public listing pages.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as prepared database statements, access controls and restricted configuration files. No online service can promise absolute security, so users should also protect their accounts and report suspicious activity.
Data retention
Important testing, notification, financial and moderation records may be retained to preserve round history, resolve disputes, enforce bans and maintain credit accountability. Physical feedback screenshots are scheduled for deletion 14 days after a round is completed or automatically closed; related text feedback and attachment history may remain.
Account access and deletion
To request access, correction or account deletion, contact [email protected]. Deleted accounts may be anonymized so historical testing and credit records remain attributable to a non-identifying record. Active ban records use one-way identity hashes to prevent prohibited re-registration. Other records may be retained where necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution or financial-history integrity.
